4-Jan 1906 The Elma Hotel has a new sign painted by C. W. Simmons which also advertises papers and periodicals which are carried by Lon Thomas.
21-Feb 1907 Mrs. F.E. Thomas will have a stock of millinery on hand for spring business, she will have her goods at A.G. Rupps.
18-Apr 1907 W.A. Wilson one of the proprietors of Thomas Laundry will erect a large rooming house-two story- 28 x 60 ft. with 24 bed rooms.
9-Apr 1908 S.B. Howell purchased the Thomas Laundry from Frank E. Thomas , named it Worland Laundry
14-May 1908 F.E. Thomas assumed duties of street commissioner. The town laterals have been cleared of rubbish, shade trees trimmed.
7-Oct 1909 R.C. Brown retired this week from management of Worland Hotel and will be succeeded next Sunday by Mrs. F.E. Thomas and Mr. & Mrs. Wilbur Woodrow.
5-May 1910 Mr. F.E. Thomas will reopen the Worland Laundry this week.
18-Aug 1910 The Worland Hotel will change hands next Monday morning, F.E. Thomas retiring, he will be succeeded by Mr. L.L. Dorman formerly manager of the Weller Hotel in Meeteetse.
8-Apr 1911 Lon Thomas who is employed in Thermopolis spent the week here visiting his sister Mrs. W.A. Woodrow.

18-Sep 1919 F.W. Wilke has sold the Wyoming Café and Bakery to R.L. Thomas of Cheyenne.
6-Feb 1920 Mrs. S.B. Denny and Miss Lizzie Pickham purchased Wyoming Café from Mr. Thomas.
30-Sep 1920 M/M Charles Lantis have moved to Ten Sleep. Mr. Thomas will have charge of the restaurant in Worland.
